Presentation & selling

Presentation possibilities: We present your boat during the water sport season on our boat trade footbridge. In the winter season there is a possibility to present your boat a shore next to the shipyard. If you sell the boat within three months we do not charge any mooring costs (excluding extra expenses). We organise inspections with potential buyers, do the negotiations, arrange the change of documents, take care (if necessary) of the boat transport and are available for buyers for any questions after the sale (warranty!).

Marketing agreement: We offer the boat within the bounds of our used boats offer on commission basis. As far as you like the Kuhnle-Group (KUHNLE-TOURS as well as Kuhnle Werft) takes the yearlong warranty and the accordingly risk for you for an extra charge.
 
Condition: We take for granted  that the boat is in a proper technical condition. We reserve us the right that we do not present every offered boat. An inspection will be undertaken beforehand. The assignment has to be exclusive with us. If the boat will be sold by you in the meantime we will charge you the undertaken services.
